We’ll cover in detail how to implement both instruments, starting with PIE, then moving into CRA, so you can leave after the session that applies to your work.
First Up: Partnership Impact Evaluation (PIE) (30 minutes + Q&A)
As introduced at the Spring Evaluation Workshop in May, Omni and DBHDS developed the PIE to capture the unique work of CSBs partnering with organizations outside coalition settings. It’s a tool to help you assess collaboration effectiveness, spot strengths and growth areas, and measure the impact of your partnerships.
Then: Coalition Readiness Assessment (CRA) (30 minutes + Q&A)
We’ll walk through the CRA – what’s new, how to administer it, and how to interpret results using readiness tiers.
A quick reminder: CSBs are required to implement either the CRA or the PIE in FY26-27. Pick the instrument that best fits with your work, or you have the option to do both, though only one is required.
We encourage any staff involved in coalition or partnership work to attend.
