The “4 Years of SOR” report provides an overview of State Opioid Response (SOR) funded prevention, treatment, and recovery services from 2018-2023.

This report demonstrates the impact of SOR funds to address opioid and stimulant use issues in communities throughout Virginia across the first “4 Years of SOR.” Many programs, activities, and initiatives across prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery have been made possible through SOR funding. In this report we highlight how SOR funds have been used to build strong community partnerships, create new initiatives, build innovative services, and use data and careful evaluation to guide future programming.
