The OMNI TA Team wanted to provide a few tips for using our data collection forms in various web browsers.
- Some people have experienced problems using the Safari browser to complete the online questionnaire. It should still be possible to complete on Safari, but be aware that there may be some features that don’t work properly on that browser. To avoid these issues, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox to complete questionnaires.
- When you get to the end of the questionnaire, a page called a “Response Summary” should appear to allow you to review your responses and make sure they are accurate. If you see something that needs to be corrected, you will need to go back to the previous page. To do this, make sure you click the back button displayed on the site, not the back button on the browser or a tablet/phone’s back button. If you do this, it will disrupt the questionnaire and may erase your entries, requiring you to re-enter your information.
