This came along with a phone call this morning!!

“CADCA- Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of Virginia-  is thrilled to be able to honor Virginia with the 2021 State Membership Award this year for Virginia’s commitment to prevention and community coalition development by mobilizing communities to prevent substance use disorder. The award will be presented to Gail Taylor, Director of DBHDS’ Office of Behavioral Health Wellness at the 2021 CADCA National Leadership Forum. Virginia is a true example for other states across the country. ”

Jennifer Farinholt, OBHW Coalition Development Lead, Nour Alamiri and Octavia Marsh, CCOVA, Community Coalitions of Virginia,  Co-Chairs will be asked to be a part of the award acceptance!

We will be accepting the award on behalf off all of you and the work you have done to make our communities thrive!!! Thank you!
