F.A.I.R. Group Conversations, Engagement and Results

This training will provide an overview and opportunities to practice a 4-part F.A.I.R process for planning, structuring and holding successful and engaging in-person and online conversations with 2-40+ individuals. Inclusive and respectful conversations that follow a natural flow of Facts, Attitudes, Ideas and Results produce shared awareness, decision making, and ownership for joint action. This training will improve conversational skills for supervisors, leaders of workgroups, committees, or coalitions , or anyone who is tasked with holding community or group conversations!
