Mount Rogers has been creating and sending messages throughout the community and on social media to encourage individuals to boost their immune systems.  This flyer is the one that we created regarding exercise.  Research indicates that structured physical activity reduces the risk of chronic illness, as well as viral and bacterial infections.  Physical activity may help to keep you lungs clear, and it increases anti-inflammatory cytokines throughout your body.  Incorporating simple daily movements may help you develop a healthy wellness system.
