We are excited that the Block Grant PBPS data system launches this week with the first round of training. DBHDS has been collaborating with PBPS and OMNI to develop this system, and look forward to having communities utilize it for tracking you prevention efforts. Importantly, you MUST have your Logic Model completed and approved before you can get access to the data system so please make this a top priority for completion by the end of this month.
As we roll-out the new system, we also want to emphasize the importance of having completed data entry plans in place prior to entering any Block Grant data into the system. Your OMNI TA consultant will be reaching out to you to set up a meeting to work on your data entry plan after you are trained in the system. DBHDS will be reviewing and approving all data entry plans as we continue to work with OMNI to ensure that you are well-supported.
We also want to remind you that if you’ve made any changes to your Action Plan, you should send your Program Manager an updated version of your Action Plan and document any changes you made in the next Quarterly Report.
We encourage you to keep up the good work and take advantage of the resources and TA available to support you.
